摘要
文章对28个菠菜品种的9个数量性状进行了方差、协方差分析、主成分分析,计算了品种间的遗传距离,提出用β=-1/8的中间距离法进行聚类,可把28个菠菜品种分为10类。育种家可根据育种目标,结合经验的方法,在不同类之间选择综合性状值较高的亲本配制组合,可获得高的强优组合机率,而类内亲本之间配制的组合,获得强优组合机率很低。上述初步研究的结果,已为菠菜育种实践所证实。
Nine selected quantitative characters of 28 tested spinach's varieties are analysed by variance,covariance and component analysis in this article.The genetic distances are calculated and it is proposed to adopt the cluster analysis method of middle distance at β=-1/8.So,the 28 varieties are divided into 10 classes.On the basis of breeding objectives and breeding experiences,breeders can gain higher probability of best combinations by selecting parents from different classes than from same class.This researching results have been proved by practices of spinach breeding.
