德系安哥拉兔的选育法

THE METHOD FOR SELECTED BREEDING OF GERMAN ANGORA RABBIT

本文全面论述了适合我国具体条件的德系安哥拉兔的选育方法。应以产毛量(根据不同兔群的实际情况,以第1～3次剪毛累计量的+S 作为选种标准下限)、体重(公兔成年体重以3.75～4.75kg,而母兔成年以4kg 以上为宜。饲养条件较差时可降低0.25～0.5kg)和繁殖性能(平均产仔6～7头为宜。断奶成活率70％以上)。为选育目标进行个体选择。最后,本文阐述了选种时机、次数和每次选种的具体要求。

The method for breeding German Angora rabbit under specific condition of China is discussed all-sidedly in this paper.It is considered that wool yield,body weight and reproductivity should be treated as breeding objectives。According to the genetic characteristics of these traits,individual selection is considered to be the appropriate way of selecting.Through analysing data and parameters of each trait,the author suggests the selection criterion as follows: 1,Wool yield The floor level of selection criterion should be the +S of the total of 1st-3rd sheerings,depending on the actual condition of different population; 2,Body weight Suitable adult weight should be 3.75-4.75 kg for bucks and above 4 kg for does,and these can be reduced by 0.25-0.5 kg in poor conditions; 3,Reproductivity Suitable average litter size of 1st-3rd borns should be 6-7, and not lower than 5 at least.Livability at weaning should be over 70%. Finally,the opportunity,frequency of selecting and requirements for each time are also expounded in this paper.
