摘要
小苍兰(Freesia hybrida)同其他花卉植物一样,组培苗的出试管是获得新植株数量的关键。本试验的主要任务是:以宜于批量生产的方式方法使组培苗能顺利地移出试管,能适应管外环境生成球;在出管栽培过程中能最大限度地隔绝病毒的感染;在越冬期间还必须有保温设施。试验结果说明:本课题的组培苗出管环境设施基本上适用于小苍兰组培苗的出管成球,在各项对比中最高的出管成球率为50%左右,有18%的苗株当年能开出2~3朵花;其中柔嫩的类玻璃苗都没有成活率;培养基中的琼脂多会影响根系的清洗和成活;在泥炭、珍珠砂与蛭石等3种基质中以蛭石的效果最好、纯泥炭的通透性不良;在MS、2号Doglus液与另一配方作为营养液对比时效果没有显著差异;在最低床温保持8℃以上时能安全越冬;长期光强在2400lx的状况下也能生长正常。
This article suggested the technological processes for product the corms of Freesia in vitro and it may be used tothe wholesale product, The processes include the isolation, the determinatior of the transplanted season, the suitable age of plantlets in vitro, the cultural medium, the nutrient solution and the management of temperature,The 1 st week of October is the suitable time for the plantlets in vitro. Vermiculite used as medium is better than the perlite and peat There is no difference between the Doglus'5 solution, MS solution and others. Keep the low temparature at 8℃ is no danger in the winter night.
