摘要
以外周全血为材科,紫外线(UV)照射为损伤源,经短期外周血培养和~3H-TdR掺入,观察外周血淋巴细胞DNA的非程序合成(Unscheduled DNA Synthesis,简称UDS)水平,以比较人与大鼠DNA损伤修复能力的差异,并为机体DNA损伤修复的研究提供一个简便可行而有效的实验方法。
Using peripheral blood as materials by means of UV injury, isotope incorporation, short-term blood incubation and liquid scintillation counting methods,the peripheral lymphocyte(inclde the monocytes)unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) was observed. The result showed that the DNA repair capacity in the subjects of human is higher than that in the rats, which is compatible with Hart's and Francis's conclution While, it is suggested that the operation in this report is a effectual and simple method for to study the DNA repair capacity in organisms.
