家兔外伤及非外伤状态下浸泡海水对血液流变学的影响

HEMORHEOLOGIC CHANGES OF THE WOUNDED AND NORMAL RABBITS AFTER SEA WATER INMERSION

本实验以家兔为模型进行浸泡海水的观察,结果表明.家兔浸泡海水可以导致血液流变学指标的改变,各项指标实验前后比较均有显著性意义。LT、WHT、WDT 均有明显增加,7b、HCT,PAR 降低,RCT 延长,PT 异常。淡水对照组未能显示相同的结果。

This paper reported the experimental animal model.The authors observed the changes of hemorheology of the wounded and normal rabbits after sea water immer- sion.The results shhowed that the hemorheologic parameters were significantly changed.LT,WHT WDT obvioualy increased,Tb,HCT and PAR reduced,RCT lengthened,PT abnormal.In fresh water,the results of control group were different.
