人参及西洋参茎叶皂甙对喂食胆固醇大鼠血清HDL-ch和Lpo的影响

摘要 本文察了人参及西洋参茎叶皂甙(GSL及QSSL)对食胆固醇大鼠血清HDL-ch和Lpo的影响,结果表明GSL和QSSL均可显著升高HDL-ch水平,QSSL可使Lpo水平明显降低,GSL虽未能使Lpo明显降低,但已有使Lpo降低的趋势。从而说明GSL和QSSL对喂食胆固醇所致脂质代谢紊乱具有改善作用。 Ginsenosides and quinquefolium Saponins from stem and leaves (GSL and QSSL) Were administered to the rats fed with Cholesterol (RFC) . The valnes of high density lipoproteincholesterol ( HDL-ch ) and lipid peroxid (Lpo) in serum weve measured. The results Showed that HDL-ch Was Significantly increased by GSL and QSSL, Lpo was significantyx decreased by QSSL and sliyhtly decreased by GSL in RFC. What We observed 'udicafed that GSL and QSSL have the improving effect on lipid metaqolsm in KFC-
