不同激素对火鹤花不同组织不定芽的诱导研究

INDUCTIVE STUDIES ON THE DIFFERENTIATION OF INDEFINITE BUD VARIOUS TISSUES OF AUTHURIUM CRYSTALLINUM BY DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION OF HORMONES

本试验通过不同种类的激素和不同浓度的配比,摸索了火鹤花(Authurium crystallicum)不同组织不定芽的诱导作用。结果表明:火鹤花叶片不定芽的诱导培养基为:改良MS+6-BAO,2—0.4mg/L+生物素0.5mg/L。通过以上培养基培养已获小苗。

In this experiment, different hormones at different concenteation were used to investigate role of inducting bud from the different tissue of Autluriurn crystallinum . Results showed that leaf explants of Autlarrium crystallinum were grown init plantlets in MS medium containing 0. 2 - 0. 4mg/L 6BA and 0. 5mg/L vitamin H.
