摘要
本实验用细胞学方法观察乐果和速灭杀丁对洋葱根尖细胞的诱变效应,发现稀释一万倍的50％乐果乳剂和稀释一万倍的20％速灭杀丁乳油强烈地抑制尖葱根尖细胞分裂,明显提高微核率。并就农药对作物种质的影响及农药毒性等进行讨论。
Mutagenic effects of diamethoate and sumicidin on the root tip cells of Allium cepa were studied cytologically. It was found that both pesticides strongly inhibited mitosis of the root tip cells at very low concentration. The affections of the pesticides on crop and pesticide toxicity are discussed in this paper.
