SOLAR MACULOPATHY

本文报告3例日光性黄斑病变,并复习文献指出日光性黄斑病变的临床表现和各种影响因素。描述了由于波长、曝光时间和功率大小不同,光对视网膜至少有三种不同类型的损伤,即电离或机械效应、热效应和光化效应。指出光化效应和热效应的区别,说明日光性黄斑病变是兰紫光对视网膜光化效应损伤的结果,尤其强调应防止医源性光性黄斑病变的发生。

Three cases of solar maculopathy,their clinical manifestations and various influencing factor of solar maculopathy have been discribed in this report.The light-induced retinal damage at least includes three types which are ionizing effects,thermal effects and actinic or photochemical effects,that depend on wavelength exposure time and power level.The olar maculopathy is the blue-violet light-induced photochemical damage to retina.The prevention and treatment of solar maculopathy are also discussed on this report.
