摘要
支气管肺泡灌洗术已被广泛应用于肺部疾病的诊断、治疗、疗效的观察及预后的判断。本文结合一些体会,就此项操作的适用范围、禁忌症、术前准备、术中及术后护理等方面加以论述,供临床参考。
Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) has been widely used in diagnosis,treatment,evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness and prediction of prognosis of pulmonary diseases.This paper discussed indications, contraindications,preoperative preparation and nursing care during and after BAL.
