B型超声对妇科急症的诊断

ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS OF GYNECOLOGICAL EMERGENCIES

本文通过对103例妇科急症患者及对易误诊疾病的超声图象分析、比较,总结了妇科急症疾病的超声图象特点、超声诊断的符合率,讨论了误诊原因。

The paper presents the analysis of ultrasonographic data from 103 gynecological emergent patients.The clinical symptoms,laboratory examinations and ultrasonographic data of misdiagnosed pa- tients were analysed.Through the cemparison between the ultrasonographs of misdiagnosed and not misdi- agnosed patients,the characteristics of ultarsograph of the emergent diseases and thir coincidince with the diagnoses of the emergent diseases were derived.The reasons of misdiagnosis were discussed.
