摘要
本文对黄芪脂多糖、金钱草多糖、山茱萸糖及黄芪人参注射液的增强免疫作用,进行了体外和体内研究。本研完表明,金钱草多糖和黄芪脂多糖除刺激免疫器官增重和淋巴细胞增加,还增加 IL-2产生,故淋转和 LAK 生成能力随着显著提高,说明这两种多糖的抗肿瘤作用值得研究。
The modulating effects of lipid polysaccharide from Astragalus membranaceus Bge, polysaccharide from Desmodium styracifolium and sugar from Cornus Officinalis were studied.After continuous administration of the drugs for 5 days i.p.,the weights of mouse spleen and thymus as well as the count of splenic lynlphocytes in experimental groups increased significantly.Meanwhile,interleukin-2 production,lymphocyte blast and the induction of lymphokine-activated killer(LAK)cells of lymphocytes from injected mice were promoted as well.Among the lipid polysaccharide from tragalus membranaceus Bge,was the most effective and the second was polysaccharide from Desmodium styracifolium.The in vitro experiments showed that these drugs had direct effect on lymphocyte transformation and the induction of LAK in different degree.
