胄宁片治疗消化性溃疡的实验与临床研究

Expiermental and Clinical Research of Treating Peptic Ulcer with the New Drug Weininpian.

本文根据中医理论。研制了胃宁片。通过实验溃疡模型研究,临床应用,机理探讨,毒性分析等,证明本药在治疗消化性溃疡方面具有疗效高,副作用少,复发率低等优点。本药的现代治疗机理是:促进十二指肠粘膜前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)的增加;使血清胃泌素下降,因而胃酸也下降。

According to the traditional chinese medicine theory,we developed Weinin- pian. Through the animal experiments, clinical trials, toxic analysis, lab tests, the results showed the Weinipian has high efficiency,less side effects and lower recurrent rate.The mechanism may be that the Weininpian can raise the prostaglandin E_2 and reduce the level of gastrin and gastric acid. This help the healing of peptic ulcer.
