摘要
本文报告23例蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病的临床分析,其中6例由随机抽样普查十二指肠引流液139例所发现,另21例为住院患者。经引流液检查确诊者26例,粪检仅3例阳性。说明十二指肠引流液检查对诊断该病有实用价值。临床表现以胆道感染型及肠炎型居多,应引起临床医师的重视。
A clinical analysis for 27 cases with Giardia Lamblia was reported. Of the cases, 6were found from 139 cases undergiong duodenal aspiration, 21 were patients on hospital; 26 cases were confirmed by examination of duodenal aspirate while only 3 by fecal examination, suggesting Giardiasis. It was also noticed that clinically this disease mainly appears as biliary infection and enteritis.
