抗精子抗体检测药盒及其临床应用

本文报告一种用可溶性人精子蛋白作为包被抗原的抗精子抗体检测药盒。用ELISA技术检测9种不同抗原特异性单克隆抗体和3种不同种抗人精子抗体,证明本药盒的组织特异性和种特异性均较好,测定间和室间重复性也较满意。临床实践结果表明本药盒较常规检验方法方便、灵敏,特别适于基层推广使用.

An antisperm antibody detection kit based on ELISA using soluble human sperm proteins as coating antigens was developed,The sperm specificity and species specificity and the interassay and interlaboratory reproducibility were satisfied as indicated by assays employing g monoclonal antibodies with different antigen specificities and anti- human sperm antibodies prepared from 3 different species、The kit has been (?)sed in more than 1000 cases and it is shown that the kit is more sensitive and convenient than traditional techniques, and is especially fit for expanded use in grassroot hospitals.
