摘要
本文介绍了间歇式自动包装机中曲柄摇杆滑块直线送料机构的优化设计,为了获得较高的生产率和较好的传力性,在优化设计中,满足一定约束条件下,以送料机构的曲柄极位夹角极大化和机构最大压力角(α_(max))极小化为评价函数,求出机构的一组几何尺寸参数,使机构达到最佳的工作状态.
In this article,optimum design of bee-line conveying mechanism of bent-shank rock- er slider in automatic packing machine of interim type is described.In this design,in order to achieve high production rate and good dowel feature,under certain given constraints, the maximation of limited position angle of the bent-shank and minimization of maxi- mum pressure angle(α_(max)) in the conveying mechanism are used as evaluation function to calculate one set of geometric dimension parameters which enable optimum working con- dition for the mechanism.
