摘要 以AC-13 SBS改性沥青混合料为对象,以水稳定性指标为评价依托,研究了未冻融劈裂强度、冻融劈裂强度和冻融劈裂强度比的影响因素和规律性。结果表明,级配因素是控制其冻融劈裂强度变化的主要影响因素,其关键性筛孔为0.075 mm、4.75 mm和9.5 mm筛孔通过率,而沥青影响并非显著;空隙率和原材料质量是控制其水稳定性的又一关键因素;证实了采用消石灰作为填料较其他填料更有利于对冻融劈裂强度值的提高。据此提出了控制设计和施工质量的技术措施和建议。 Taking AC-13 SBS modified asphalt mixture as the research object, the freezing-thawing split-strength, not-freezing-thawing split-strength and TSR are studied based on the estimation of water stability index. The results show that the grading is the main factor of controlling the change of its freezing-thawing split-strength, and the key sieving pores are 0. 075mm, 4. 75mm and 9. 5mm respectively; however, the impact of asphalt is not so significant. Porosity and quality of raw materials is another key factor of controlling water stability. It is confirmed that using lime as filler is more conducive than using other materials as filler to improve the freezing-thawing split-strength. Therefore, the technical measures and recommendations to control the design and the construction quality are put forward.
