伴随相变的不互溶二元液体混合物的传热 (一)连续介质中液滴的流体力学和相变过程

摘要 本文应用电影摄影技术,对液滴在某一与之不互溶的液体中运动且不断汽化过程的传热及流体力学特性进行了实验研究,并且在理论上对这一过程进行了模型化分析。该模型主要对一个汽化着的泡滴与周围连续介质进行的直接接触传热以及泡滴在连续介质中不断汽化并做相对运动的规律进行了描述。根据这一模型,可以预测任一液滴在连续介质中汽化并运动时的传热速率、汽化速率、泡滴的瞬时大小、速度、位置等重要参数。在计算机上对该模型进行数值计算,其结果能够与放大的照相胶片上得到的实验结果较好地吻合。该理论模型的建立,为进一步研究不互溶二元液体混合物的流动传热奠定了基础。 The direct contaet heat transfer and hydrodynamic characteristics of a volatile liquid drop vaporizing while rising in a column of another immiseible liquid was studied experimentally by means of cinecamera photographing technique. An analytical, model was also proposed to describe the above heat transfer and hydrodynamic process. The model describes the direct contact heat transfer between the vaporizing drobble and the surrounding liquid and its hydrodynamic behaviour. From the model such important parameters as heat transfer rate, vaporizing rate, instantaneous radius, velocity and accelerating rate could be calculated of a single drobble vaporizing while rizing in another immiscible liquid. The numerically calculated results on computer agreed well with the information from the developed film. The model laid a foundation for further studies of convective heat transfer of immiscible binary liquid-mixture with change or phase.
