摘要
在染料生产中居重要地位的1-羧基-8-萘胺,以1,8-萘二(甲)酸酐为原料代替8-氨基-1-萘磺酸的新工艺,无毒安全,能源消耗少,成本低,且充分利用了煤这一自然资源。本文对生产中的关键反应(雷夫曼氧化重排反应)条件进行了研究,提供了最佳工艺方案,为提高产品的产量,增加效益提供了实验根据。
This new process, with full use of coal, the commonest resource in nature, is non-toxic, safe, low-cost and low energy-consumptive, and therefore holds an important place in the dye production.The article dealing with the conditions of the key reaction(Hfmann oxidation rearrangement) in the process, has offered an optimum technology and experimental reason for raising the productivity and benefit of the manufacture.
