白血病缓解与感染时的血清铜蓝蛋白变化

Changes of Serum Ceruloplasmin (CP) Levels Occurs in Remission and Infection of Leukemia

用电免疫扩散法检测367例白血病患者和89例正常人的血清铜蓝蛋白(CP),观察到白血病患者的血清CP极其显著地高于正常人(P<0.01).白血病缓解时血清CP显著下降(P<0.05),但仍高于正常人(P<0.01).白血病患者感染时血清CP升高(p<0.01).血清CP升高见于各种类型白血病.

Serum CP concentration were determined by Electro Immuno Diffusion method in 67 patients with leukemia and 89 normal control.It had been observed that the serum CP in leukemia was very significantly higher than normal control(P<0.01). The serum CP was decreased during remission of leukemia ( P<0.05) but still higher than normal control( P<0.0l).and increased during infection( P<0.0l). The elevation of serum CP was observed in various types of leukemia
