摘要 本文应用国产全反式RA对10例APL患者的白血病细胞进行了体外诱导分化试验.结果发现,RA处理组培养7天后,89%细胞在形态上接近成熟粒细胞:NBT阳性细胞明显增高,细胞化学染色表明诱导分化细胞向过渡或成熟中性粒细胞分化.经RA治疗后,所有病例L-CFU形成明显低落,正常造血祖细胞集落大幅度上升.上述观察证实了全反式维甲酸能诱导APL患者的早幼粒细胞沿着粒系方向分化成熟而实现CR. The Induction effects of an home-made All-Trans Retinoid Acid (RA) on Leukemic cells of 10 cases Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) was studed in vitro. After 7 day culture with the RA, 89% leukemic cells are turned to differentiate and mature granulocyles morphologically. The NBT (+) cells increased obviously. the cytochemical analysis also showed RA-treated leukemic cells are induced to mctamyelocytes on mature granulocytes. After the induction, the leukemic cell Colonies Forming Units (L-CFU) decreased, while the normal GM-CFU-c increased obviously. These data supported that Leukemic cells (APL; treated by RA are differentiated forward to mature granulocytes. Following the patients attained CR.
