The Immunological Classification in Adult Acute Leukemia

急性白血病能借助细胞免疫学的方法,将造血细胞,淋巴细胞分成不同的亚型.我们运用各种单克隆抗体对细胞表面抗原进行了分析.急性非淋巴细胞白血病(FAB分类M_1～M_6)能对各种不同的单克隆抗体呈现出不同的反应,而急性淋巴细胞白血病(CALL,T-ALL,Null-ALL.B-ALL)的免疫学特点更为明确.

Acute leukemias can be characterized as subgroups derived from distinct hematopdietic and lymphatic cells by means of immunocytological methods. Therefore different monoclonal antibodies directed against cellspecific antigens are used. Non-lymphatic leukemias ( M_(1-6)according to FAB-classication) can be identified by reaction with different monoclonal antibodies. Different froms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (C-ALL, T-ALL, Null-ALL, B-ALL)are determined immunologically.
