96例不典型再生障碍性贫血的血象髓象分析和临床研究

Studies on Bone Marrow and Blood Pictures as well as Clinics in 96Cases of Atypical Aplastic Anemia

本文就96例不典型再生障碍性贫血与98例再生障碍性贫血的血象和髓象作一比较,并对不典型再生障碍性贫血患者进行临床调查与随访.结果显示不典型再生障碍性贫血病人的网织红细胞计数正常或偏高:骨髓增生活跃,少数可达明显活跃;粒红比例倒置;淋巴细胞比例基本正常或相对增高;巨核细胞全片可见1～7个,少数超过7个.

In bone marrow and blood pictures 96 cases of atypical aplastic anemia were compared with 96 of aplastic anemia. Atypical aplastic anemia cases were investigated and followed-up. The results showed that the reticulocyte count was normal or mild elevated. Bone marrow preliferation was active, but a few cases were hypercellular. The ratio of myeloid/erythroid (M/E) was reverse. The lymphocyte was normal or relatively high. The megakargocyte was found 1～7 on a smear, but several cases showed more.
