为发展适应我国国情的管理科学而努力

MAKING BIG EFFORTS TO DEVELOP MANAGEMENT SCIENCES SUITED TO CHINESE CONDITIONS

本文认为管理科学是一门“真正的科学”。提出了管理科学的意义、研究领域和分类。讨论了管理科学研究对象的复杂性、适应我国国情的管理科学的特征、需要澄清的概念以及迫切需要解决的问题。当前需要澄清的概念主要是:1.财产所有权问题;2.民主在管理中恰当分寸的问题;3.总体和整体、竞争和竞赛的问题。而实践中迫切需要解决的是人治和法治的问题。

This paper regards management sciences as 'real sciences.' In addition to dealing with the meaning, research fields and classification of management sciences, it discusses the complex nature of their objects of study, the features of management sciences suited to Chinese conditions, the concepts to be clarified and the questions calling for urgent solution. The concepts to be clarified are mainly: (1) The ownership of property; (2) appropriate democracy in management; (3) relations between entirety and entity, between competition and emulation. The question that most urgently needs for solution is the rule by persons or the rule by law.
