The Contents of Rabbit's Hair Copper and Zinc in Normal West German Long Hair Rabbits

本文提出用示波极谱法同时测定兔毛微量元素铜、锌的舍量。测定了75只成年、健康德系长毛兔兔毛的样品,并对分析方法和样品的测定结果进行了重现性、回收率、频率分布组织图等的讨论。

Copper, Zine and some other trace elements can all promote growth and development of animals and human beings. In this paper a microanalysis for simultaneously determing Cu and Zn concentrations in rabbits' hair with oscillopolarograph is proposed and seventy-five rabbits's hair samples are analysed. The discussion is made on the analysing method and the results of the sample testing in terms of reproducibility, recovery rate and distribution histogram.
