摘要
本文讨论了由位错特性及其运动而造成蒽有机单晶的塑性形变机理,并对蒽单晶的光塑性效应进行了大量实验研究,证实了这种单晶能产生可逆性Bulk光塑性效应.产生最大光塑效应的光波长为~400nm.
In this paper, it is shown that the character of dislocations and the mechanism of plastic deformation formed by slippiing in sigle organic crystal anthracene ,We have made a lot of expefments about photoplastic effect and proved that there is the bulk photoplastic effect, the most apparent seen at 400nm, in this organic crystal.
