竹质刨花板生产工艺及物理力学性能 被引量:2

摘要 用竹材加工剩余物片状刨花和丝状刨花为原料,研制竹质刨花板,并对其物理力学性能进行测定。结果如下:①片状刨花和丝状刨花的形状系数分别为20和28。②竹质刨花板生产选用固体含量55%,粘度20~30cPa·s,pH值7.0,固化速度60~70s的脲醛树脂为好。③用平压法生产竹质刨花板可采用降压排汽,分段卸压。这样能保证竹质刨花板的质量。④用片状刨花和丝状刨花生产的竹质刨花板的物理力学指标有较大差异。它们各项指标分别为:静曲弹性模量2.29×10~3N/mm^2,2.70×10~3N/mm^2,静曲强度21.57N/mm^2,26.91N/mm^2,平面抗拉强度0.73N/mm^2,0.55N/mm^2,吸水厚度膨胀率0.73%,2.56%。全部指标均超过木材刨花板一级品国家标准。 Using flake shavings and splint shavings as materials, bamboo shaving board was made and its physical-mechanics properties were tested. The results shown that: (a) the form coeficients of flake shavings and splint shavings were mostly 20 and 28 respectively; (b) urea resin adhesive with solid contents 55 percent, viscosity 20 to 30cPa·s, pH 7.0, solidity speed 60 to 70 seconds, could be used in production; (c) production with platen-press method could phase in raising and releasing pressure for pledged the quality of bamboo shaving board; (d) the bending elastic modulus of bamboo shaving board made of flake shavings and splint shavings was 2.29 × 103 N/mm2 and 2.70×103N/mm2 respectively, bending strength 21.57 N/mm2 and 26.91 N/mm2, plane tensile strength 0.73 N/mm2 and 0.55 N/mm2, absorbing expansion rate in thickness 0.73 per cent and 2.56 per cent, all of which were over the national standard of wood-particle board as first-class products.
