摘要
本项试验采用5个优良家系子代,以瑞安市一般生产用种子为对照,随机区组设计。结果表明,优树梅16、梅14具有较好的遗传基因。1.主要性状:与对照比较,树高分别增加29.3%和20.7%,胸径增大54.0%和45.2%,树皮增厚24.1%和20.8%,单宁含量提高7.37%和6.61%;2.遗传增益:树高25.67%、胸径38.27%、树皮厚度15.62%、单宁含量10.57%。
It was tested five seedlots of superior families of Acacia mearnsii with one commercial seedlot as control using the randomized block design. The results showed that the two best genotypic families were M-16 and M-14. They increased the tree height, DBH, bark thickness and tannin content over the control by 29.3~20.7%, 54.0~45.2%, 24.1~20.8% and 7.37~6.61% respectively. The estimated genetic gains for tree height, DBH, bark thickness and tannin content were 25.67%, 38.27, 15.62% and 10.57% respectively.
