摘要
本文以ZHD82-A型封闭式齿轮试验台为例,在考虑试验台静态及动态载荷特性条件下,具体分析了试验台的静态标定和齿轮传动效率的测定方法,提供了在不同加载情况下,传动效率的计算公式,本文还根据普通渐开线齿轮和圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的实验数据,对本方法进行了验证和分析。
Taking ZHD82-A back-to-back gear test rigs as an example under conditions of test rigs loaded in static and dynamic states, this paper analyzes the method of statical demarcation and mea- surement of gear drive efficiency and provides the mathematical formula of the gear drive efficiency under different load. The method is also proved and analyzed on the basis of the experi- mental data of the common involute gear and the circular-arc tooth trace gear in this paper.
