关于7孔单基炮药断裂特性的研究

摘要 本文在分析7孔单基炮药力学性能的基础上,首次开展了其断裂性能方面的研究。实验确定了7孔单基炮药中心含径向裂纹模型受孔内外压差作用时的 K_Ⅰ和真实7孔炮药的 K_c 值,建立了7孔单基炮药断裂力学强度的初步判据。研究表明较大的孔内外压差会导致单基炮药的断裂强度下降。 In the present paper,the research on fracture behaviour of 7-perforated single-base gun propellants has first been develop- ed which is based on analysing their mechanical properties.The fracture toughness parameters K_I and Ko of the 7-perforated single-base gun propellants have been measured by experiment,and especially,the test models which are used to measure K_I contain the radial cracks in their centre holes and sustain the pressure dif- ferences between inside and outside of every hole.The initial fracture strength criteria of the 7-perforated single-base gun pro- pellants have been estabalished.The study also states that the lar- ger pressure difference between inside and outside of the holes can make their fracture strength descend.
