人工栽培香菇砂床出菇

摘要 以阔叶树木糠、麸皮、蔗糖及矿物盐为营养基质,香菇7917、LeB、7402三个菌株,分别培养于聚丙烯袋中,在室温下经63天培养后脱袋,将菌筒置于林荫下砂床中,分别采用埋砂、半埋砂及砂床表面进行催蕾出菇。结果,在埋砂的处理中,7917、LeB、7402三个菌株出菇筒数分别为试验菌筒的72/121,27/28,15/72。各菌株的鲜菇产量相应为:14686.4/72,5791.5/27,1382.2/15克,各自的生物学转化率为68.0%,71.5%,37.1%。而作为对照的半埋砂及砂床表面出菇的菌筒,各菌株的鲜菇产量和生物学转化率都明显低得多。作者认为,采用砂床埋砂出菇,较能保持菌筒水分的稳定,免除杂菌污染,管理方便,有利于产量的提高。 Lentinus edodes strains 7917, LeB, 7402 were separatively cultured in polypropylene bags filling with nutrient substrate. After the mycelium fully growth, the bags were detached, the spawn columns were laid on the sand bed and cover up with medium sands, on the upper surface another layer of pebbles was laid, then allow for buttoning and fruiting. As contrast, some columns were directly put on or semiburied in the sands bed. Through the fruiting stage, the relative humidity of the atmosphere air was maintained up to 85%. The results show that, the numbers of fruiting column of strains. 7917, LeB, 7402 which buried in sand bed were 72/12l, 27/28, 15/72 respectively. The average yield of fresh fruit body per column was 204g, 214g, 92.1g respectively. The biological conversion rate was 68.0% for strain 7917, 71.5% for LeB strain, and 37.1% for 7402. The author sugests, under the natural condition of open field shadowing with trees, the spawn column of lentinus edodes buried in sand bed for fruiting is desirable.
