摘要
把经19~21天培养的含稻瘟病菌大麦粒干燥后保存,当需稻瘟病菌孢子时,取含菌干麦粒在26℃下浸泡6~12小时,甩干水后保湿2~3天,即能有效地获得大量孢子。试验还表明:含菌干麦粒保存15个月仍能较好地产生孢子。
The barley seeds containing conidia of Pgricularia oryzae were cultured for 19 to 21 days. Then the barley seeds were dried and kept. Conidia can be obtained effectively by soaking the barley seeds with sterile water at 26℃ for 6 to 12 hours, then removing the water, and incubating the seeds under high humidity for 2 to 3 days. The fungus in the dried darley seeds can still sporulate pretty well after keeping for 15 months.
