摘要 本试验研究了不同磷钾施用条件下喷钙对香蕉耐藏性的影响。结果表明,喷钙能延迟香蕉的后熟和腐烂,但其效果和合适的浓度与磷钾施用水平有关;^(45)Ca示踪试验表明,喷施的钙主要分布在果皮和果肉的中轴区域,喷钙能提高果皮2%HAcO可溶态钙(HAcO-Ca)含量,HAcO-Ca与果皮的全钙含量、果胶含量密切相关,而2%HAcO可溶态镁与果胶含量相关不显著。因此认为Mg不可能代替钙在果胶酸盐中的作用,试验还测定了各处理对果体K、Ca及水分含量的影响。 The effects of spraying Ca^(++) on banana storage were studied under different PK application levels. Spraying Ca^(++) is good for the fruit storage but the effects depend on the PK application levels. The higher the PK levels, the greater the potential effects and the higher the appropriate spray concentrations of Ca^(++). The distributions of sprayed Ca^(++) in banana were tracing by labelled ^(45)Ca, which showed that the sprayed Ca^(++) mainly distributed in periearp and the axis region of flesh. Spray- ing Ca^(++) could increase the content of 2% HAcO soluble Ca in pericarp, which had highly significant and positive correlations with total pectin content and total Ca content in it. But the correlation between pectin and 2% HAcO soluble Mg Was insignificant, which suggests that Mg could not take the place of Ca in pectinate.
