我国四元经济结构下的经济模式与经济结构转换初探

The Preliminary Study on Economic Model and Transformation of Economic Structure in Chinese.Four-Unit Economic Structure

本文运用经济学理论和系统分析的方法,实证地研究了我国城乡关系和国民经济结构的演变,探讨了国民经济结构转换的目标模式和机制.认为,我国经济在由二元结构向城乡一体化转化的进程中,出现了十分独特的四元经济结构,包括传统农业、乡镇企业、城市不发达部门和城市现代部门,四个单元之间的矛盾使得国民经济流程难以合理,经济结构转换受制于二元社会结构,流程合理的关键是城乡的适度通开,作者提出了一系列推进经济结构转换的政策建议。

This paper discusses the relation between city and countryside and develop- ment of economic struture to seek the objective model and mechanism of trans- formation of economic structure in our country.In the process of transforming dualism to centralization of cities and countyside,Chinese economy emerges the very particular four-unit economic structure:traditional agriculture,rural enterprise,urban undeveloping unit and urban modern unit.The disorder of ec- onomic circuit is due to the contradiction among the four economic units;the transformation of economic structure is restricted to the social dualism.The key to the order circuit is to open properly a passage between city and country- side.Suggestions for promoting the transformation of economic structure have been brought up for further discussion.
