摘要 应用广谱寄主载体pLAFR1,在大肠杆菌中建立了青枯假单胞菌Pseu-domonas solanacearum两个不同生理小种T2003(在马铃薯上高发病,在花生上不致病)和T2005(在花生上高发病)的基因文库。把菌株T2005基因文库的克隆转移至T2003受体中,结果得到两个能引起花生枯死的结合子,这表明通过导入菌株T2005文库中的两个克隆,使原来在花生上不致病的菌株T2003的寄主范围扩大到在花生上能致病。 Two genomic libraries were constructed in Escherichia coil from DNA of Pseudomonas solanacearum wild type strain T2003 (pathogenic to potato, but non-pathogenic to peanut) and T2005(pathogenic to peanut)using a broad host range vector pLAFR 1. Transferring clones from the T2005 library to a T2003 derivative recipient resulted in the identification of two transconjugants which can cause wilting on peanut, indicating that the host range of the original non-pathogenic (on peanut) strain T2003 can be extended to peanut by introducing two cosmid clones from strain T2005 library.
