摘要
1985~1987年间,调查研究了广西席草疫病的发生为害情况、侵染循环和化学防治,结果表明此病原菌为莎草疫霉菌(Phytophthora cyperi)。病残组织中的卵孢子是初次侵染来源。卵孢子萌发的适宜温度是22~25℃。田间药剂防治试验结果表明,58%瑞毒霉可湿性粉剂1200倍和25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂1000倍液在1个月内喷1次,其效果显著优于喷2次的0.33%石灰过量式波尔多液。
Studies on the occurrence,infection and chemical control of Cyperus malaccensis blight were made during 1985~1987.The pathogen is Phytophthora cyperi.The oospores in the residues of diseased plant are the source of primary infection.The proper temperature for oospores germinating ranges from 22 to 25℃. The experiment of chemical control in the fields shown that spraying Ridomil MZ 58 WP ×1200 and Ridomil 25 WP ×1000 once a month are more effective than spraying 0.33% Bordeoux mixture for two times.
