不同磷酸氢二钾用量培养螺旋藻的试验研究

STUDIES ON THE CULTURE OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS USING VARIOUS DOSES OF POTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE

本试验的结果表明,适合螺旋藻生长的培养基中磷酸盐有一个较宽的浓度范围。因此,培养基中每次磷酸盐的添加量就不必很多,只要检测到培养基中有少量磷酸盐存在就能满足螺旋藻的生长。但当培养液中磷酸盐耗尽时就要添加,否则将会降低生物量和产品质量。

The experimental results showed that for the growth of Spirulina,the suitablephosphate concentration in the medium showed a wide range.Therefore,it is notnecessary to add a large amount of phosphate to the medium one time.A littlephosphate(which could only be detected)in the medium is enough for the growthof Spirulina.But phosphate must be added to the medium when it is depleted inthe medium,otherwise the biomass and quality of Spirulina will decline.
