摘要
本文报道了多效唑对早稻秧苗在常温下和低温胁迫条件下的生理效应。在常温条件下,多效唑具有延缓早稻秧苗的伸长生长,促进分蘖,提高叶片含氮量和叶鞘淀粉含量,提高叶片组织电阻和叶绿素含量,提高游离脯氨酸含量等方面的生理效应;在低温胁迫条件下,多效唑能够减小秧苗叶片细胞膜透性,维持叶片组织电阻以及延缓叶绿素含量和净光合速度的下降趋势,提高脯氨酸含量,减轻回暖后秧苗的外部伤害程度。本文还对多效唑矮化、促蘖及抗低温的作用机理作了一些探讨。
This paper reports the physiological effects of paclobutrazol on the earlyrice seedling under normal and low temperature stress conditions.Under normaltemperature condition,it can retard elongation,Promote tillering,increase leafnitrogen and sheath starch content,increase leaf tissue electric resistance andchlorophyll content,increase free protine content;under low temperature stresscondition,paclobutrazol has the ability to minify the permeability of leaf cellmembrance,maintain leaf tissue electric resistance,retard the falling rate ofleaf photosynthesis and chlorophyll content,increase proline content,minify thedegree of damage to the seedling after recovering the normal temperature.Mean-while,the action mechanisms of paclobutrazol effects of shortening,promotingtiller and resisting low temperature on paddy rice are discussed.
