摘要
在国家自然科学基金委员会第四次全体会议期间,委员们就基础研究在四化建设中的作用,加强基础研究和完善科学基金制等问题,进行了热烈地讨论,提出了许多有见地的建设性的意见,现将委员们的发言摘要刊登,以飨读者。
During the 4th Plenary NSFC Committee Meeting, the members discussed about the role of basic research in China's Four Modernizations, the need to strengthen basic research and how to improve the science foundation system in China. They put forward many meaningful and constructive proposals. For the benefit of our readers, we publish the from the presentations and discussions of some of the members of the Committee.
