摘要
在不同温度条件下,对广西不同土壤类型的40个样本,采用Olsen法测定其速效磷含量,经统计分析,计算出Olsen法土壤速效磷温度校正系数。应用该校正系数,可将10~34℃下的测定值换算成25℃时的土壤速效磷含量。经验证表明,该校正系数误差小,精度高,已用于土壤普查,科研和农业生产,效果较好。
The contents of active phosphorus in forty samples of different types of soil in Guangxi were determined by Olsen's method under different temperature conditions. The temperature correction coefficients of soil active phosphorus contents by Olsen's method were calculated via statistics.By these temperature correction coefficients,the contents of soil active phosphorus determined between 10~34℃ could be converted into those at 25℃.The temperature correction coefficients were proved having high precision and very close tolerances by many experiments.
