香藿蚊虫驱避剂的实验研究

STUDIES OF XIANGHUO MOSQUITO REPELLENT

香藿蚁虫驱避剂是由70％的香豆素和30％的藿香提取物混合而成,用乙酸乙酯或丁酸香叶酯和酒精配成30％的酊剂,涂抹皮肤驱蚊。室内用人手反复实验表明,对白纹伊蚊平均持效时间在8.9h以上;现场实验对淡色库蚊、中华按蚊、三带喙库蚊和常型曼蚊等8h内保护率为98.3～76.2％,优于DETA和国产驱蚊灵。

Xianghuo mosquito repellent is a mixture of 30% of extraction of Huoxiang (Agastache nigose) and 70% of coumarin. when used on sk-in with a dose of 0.0015M1/cm^2 of 30% xianghuo tincture, its repelling effects against Aedes albopictus could last over 8.9 h in laboratory and the protected rates of subjects from Culex pipiens pallens, Anopheles sinens-is, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Mansonia uniformis in 8 h were up to 98.3-76.2% in field. Compared with DETA, the repellent showed stronger repelling effect.
