天津、沈阳和郑州猪囊尾蚴蛋白质的圆盘电泳比较分析

COMPARISON OF DISC-PAGE PROTEIN PATTERNS OF CYSTICERCUS CELLULOSAE FROM TIANJIN,SHENYANG AND ZHENGZHOU

本文采用圆盘电泳(Disc-PAGE)对不同地区的猪囊尾蚴蛋白质进行比较。对天津地区的3个样本,沈阳和郑州各一个样本的分析发现:各地区的猪囊尾坳显示相似的蛋白质Disc-PAGE带谱,但也存在着差异,表现在蛋白质区带的迁移率上,此差异为猪囊尾蚴“血清型”的存在提供了佐证。

Dlsc-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(Disc-PAGE) was used to analyse the proteins of C. cellulosae collected from different geogaphic regions. Samples from Tianjin, Shenyang and Zhengzhou have somewhat similar Disc-PAGE protein patterns. However some differences are noti- ceable, which are mainly expressed through changes of Rf values of the main bands. The results suggest that protein electrophoretic properties of C. cellulosae among different population are not the same. It provides a collateral evidence to the certainty of the“whether or not”existing serotypes of C. cellulosae.
