摘要
用双极法记录了家兔输卵管峡部平滑肌的电活动,观察乙酰胆碱(ACh)对输卵管峡部平滑肌电活动的影响。间情兔主要是单波,排卵兔记录到爆发波。静脉注射 ACh(10μg/kg)后,可出现持续1～3分钟的连续放电。结果表明:峡部平滑肌电活动的类型与卵巢激素有关;ACh 对峡部平滑肌有兴奋效应。
The electrical activity of oviductal isthmic smooth muscle in rabbit was recerded by bipolar electrode technique and the effect of ACh on it observed.Single waves seen in diestrous rabbit,but burst activities in ovulatory rabbit.Discharge of the oviductal smooth muscle could last for 1 to 3 minutes after injecting ACh(10 μg/kg). The results show that the patterns of myoelectricity of isthmic smooth muscle are re- lated to the ovarian hormone,and the effect of ACh on isthmic smooth muscle is excitatory.
