慢性胃炎的B型超声分型诊断—附63例分析

DIAGNOSIS OF CHRONIC GASTRITIS BY B-TYPE ULTRASONICS (AN ANALYSIS OF 63 CASES)

对63例慢性胃炎超声检查结果与胃镜检查结果进行对比分析,探讨了浅表型胃炎、萎缩性胃炎的声象图特点及病理变化基础。讨论了慢性胃炎的超声分型诊断,并对误诊原因进行分析,认为 B 超是诊断慢性胃炎的首选方法。

In this paper,the comparison of ultrasonogram and gastroscopy in 63 cases of chronic gastritis is analyzed.The ultrosonic features and its pathologic basis of chronic gastritis (superficial and atrophic)are studied.The authors discuss the ultrasonic pat- terns of chronic gastritis and the cases of wrong diagnosis,and suggest that B-Type ultrasonics is a method of choice in diagnosis for chronic gastrics.
