无功能性原发性肾上腺皮质癌甚为罕见,国内文献报告仅14例。本文报告3例,术前正确诊断1例,误诊2例。肿瘤侵犯广泛,2例未能切除。分别于术后1～2月内死亡。完全切除1例,出院后半月复发并颈部转移。本文对该病的发病率、临床表现、诊断、误诊、治疗及预后进行了较为详尽的讨论,

Non-functioning primary carcinoma of the adrenal-cotter is rare and only 14 cases repered in Chinese literatures.We have encountered 3 cases with non-functioning primary adreno-cortical carcinoma. The correct diaghosis was preoperatively obtained in 1 case and misdiagnosis in 2 cases.The tumors were too widely invasive to resect in 2 cases and died within 2 months after operation.The incidence,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,misdiagnosis, treatment and prognosis of non-functiontng adreno-cortical carcinoma are discussed.
