单侧肾功能丧失92例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 92 CASES WITH UNILATERAL RENAL AFUNCTION

本文对92例单侧肾功能丧失进行临床分析。本组单侧肾功能丧失原因有13种疾病,以肾结核最多,肿瘤次之。对肾功能丧失的诊断、治疗及原因进行了探讨。对肾积水或积脓者推荐肾盂穿刺造影,不仅能明确积水性质、程度、梗阻部位,及时进行引流,有利于肾功能的恢复,同时对制定治疗方案有重要参考价值。

A clinical analysis of unilateral renal afunction was carried out in 92 cases which include 13 kinds of diseases. Among them tuberculosis occupies the first place, tumor comes the second. The discussion was made on diagnosis, treatment and the causes of the unilateral renal afunction. The puncture of hydronephrosis or pyonephrois only may define the nature, the degree of hydronephrosis, and the position of obstruction, immediately drains to restore the renal function, but also it is an important reference value for the selection of treatment.
