120例老年胆道手术的麻醉

ANESTHETIC MANAGEMENT OF 120 CASES WITH BILIARY TRACT SURGERY IN THE ELDLY

本文总结了120例老年胆道手术的麻醉。老年人胆道手术的危险性与死之率较高,2例在手术中发生心跳骤停,经抢救和治疗,1例完全恢复正常,另1例死于多器官功能衰竭。提出了术前准备,术中心电监护和加强管理的重要性。

This article describes the anesthetic management of 120 cases with biliary tract surgery in the eldly. This kind of operatio is very dangerous and its mortality rate is high. In the reported cases, two patients died of cardiac arrest during operation. After emergent treatment, one patient was fully recovered and turned into normal state, while another died of MOF. Thus, we suggest that it is very important to make preoperative preparations fully, to keep continued observation by means of electrocardiograph during operation, and to emphasize anesthetic management at the same time.
