活血化淤药治疗乳糜尿59例临床观察

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BLOOD-ACTIVATING AND STASIS-DISSOLVING DRUGS FOR TREATMENT OF FIFTY-NINE CASES WITH CHYLLIRIA

以中药活血化淤剂为主治疗乳糜尿59例,随机分两组,进行临床对照观察。第一组服桃红四物汤原方,第二组服桃红四物汤加减方。第一组治愈6例(20.7％),恶化14例(48.3％);第二组治愈16例(53.3％),恶化4倒(13.3％)。因乳糜尿病人均伴有轻重不同的血尿排出,所以采用活血化淤、软坚散结药时要慎重,必要时,根据辨证,选用活血止血药,或加味适量收敛止血、固涩益肾药较为安全。

Chinese traditional medicine,blood-activating and stasis-dissolving drugs were mainly used for the treatment of 59 cases with ehyluria,who were randomly divided into two groups for making clinical and control observations.Cases in the first group were given original prescriptions of Taohong Siwutang,while cases in the second group were given add-substract prescriptions of Taohong Siwutang.In the first group,6 eases(20.7％) were cured,14 cases(48.3％)became deteriorated.In the second group,16 eases (53.3％)were cured,4 cases(13.3％)became deteriorated.As all the cases with chyluria had hematuria with different degrees,it is therefore recommended that cautions should be emphasized when using the blood-activating and stasis-disso!ving as well as the relieving drugs.If it is necessary,according to the differentiation of the symptoms and signs,to choose blood-activating drugs and hemostat or to add,with proper dosage astringents and drugs benefiting the kidneys for the purpose of safety.
