中药干芜散治疗囊虫病的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDIES ON TREATMENT OF CYSTICERCOSIS WITH GAN-WU PULVIS—THE CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE

用中药干芜散每日三次,每次1.56g连续服药的方法治疗囊虫病131例,服药一年以上观察,有效率为90.83％,其中治愈率、基本治愈率和好转率分别为46.56％、27.48％和16.29％。该药具有明显的杀虫及控制癫痫作用,长期服用无明显副反应,适应于各类囊虫病患者,且可门诊投药,该药制作简单,药源较充足,可以推广应用。

One hundred and thirty-one cysticercosis cases were treated with Gan-wu pulvis (4.68g daily for over a year),According to the criterion of therapeutic effect accepted in China the totally effective rate was 90.83％(119/131).The number of patients cured, basically cured and improved after the therapy were 61(46.56％),36(27.48％)and 22(16.29％)respectively.Gan-wu pulvis is effective in controlling epileptic attacks and clearing away the cysticerci.No obvious side effects were observed in the patients one year after treated with the medicine.This medicine is suitable for patients with cysticereosis in various conditions and could te administered in ambulant clinic.Fur- thermore it is cheap in price,rich in resource and simple for preparation,hence it is worthy to be popularized.
