微生物杀虫剂C_3—41乳剂和Vectobac G200防制中华按蚊幼虫的现场效果

摘要 本文评价了球形芽孢杆菌制剂C_3—41乳剂和苏云金杆菌以色列变种颗粒剂VectobacG200对中华按蚊幼虫的现场防制效果。C_3—41乳剂按3ml/m^2施药,可在24h内使幼虫密度下降89.66%,持效7d;Vectobac G200 0.5g/m^2即可较好地控制蚊幼虫,24h幼虫密度降低100%,持效3d。本文并对两种制剂的现场使用方法提出建议。 The present paper deals with the efficacy of two microbial insecticides,i.e. Bacillus sphaericus C_3-41 emulsion and B.thuringiensis H-24 Vectobac G200 granular, against larvae of An.sinensis under field eondltions.C_3-41 emulsion at 3ml/m^2 exhibited an excellent control of An.sinensis larvae,reducing 89.68% control within 24 hrs. posttreatment with residual effect upto 7 days.However,Vectobae G200 granular pos- ses more potential activity and the rate of 0.5g/m^2 was needed to completely control the larvae,at which the effect persisted for 3 days.Relevant factors influencing the effect of these insecticides in field application were also discussed in the paper.
